My husband and I raised three sons in California. In 2010, when our sons were grown and following their own career paths, we rented out our California house as a short-term rental and moved to beautiful Colorado. In 2019 we used the 1031 Exchange program to exchange the California property for a Colorado property. Both of these investment programs have served us well, and I am enthusiastic about the investment property market.
Before embarking into the real estate industry, I was Purchasing Manager for a logistics company where I implemented procedures which would work well with the accounting group as well as a unique client with very custom needs. I learned to negotiate contracts with vendors who would best meet the needs of clients, and trained others to do the same. I learned to accommodate the needs of one party while upholding the needs of the second party.
